Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply when you use Jussflow ("we", "us"), a tool for creators and small businesses that automates Instagram messages and comment replies, schedules posts, runs a public storefront for digital products, and sends email sequences. By creating an account or using Jussflow you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and give accurate information.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login secure.
- Jussflow works with Instagram through Meta. You need an Instagram Business or Creator account. You can connect it by logging in with Instagram, or through a Facebook Page it is linked to, and you can disconnect it at any time.
What you agree to do
- Follow Instagram's and Meta's terms and policies, including the rules on automated messages. Only message people who have interacted with your account.
- Not use Jussflow to send spam, deceive people, or harass anyone.
- Not sell or share anything illegal, infringing, or harmful, or use the storefront for it.
- Follow email laws when you send email, including honouring unsubscribe requests (Jussflow adds an unsubscribe link to every email).
- Not try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
Your content and customers
You keep ownership of the messages, posts, products, files and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the features you set up. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and sell, and for how you use the contact details of the people you reach.
Selling through your storefront
- You are the seller. Buyers pay through your own Razorpay account, and the sale is between you and the buyer. We are not a party to it.
- You are responsible for your product descriptions, prices, refunds, taxes and legal obligations as a seller. Razorpay's terms apply to payments.
- Download links for paid products are time-limited and are sent to the buyer after payment.
Third-party services
Jussflow depends on services we do not control, including Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Razorpay, Supabase and Resend. They can change, limit or stop working, and their terms apply to your use of them. If Meta limits or revokes access, features that depend on it may stop working.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Jussflow running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features, and may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you, and continuing to use Jussflow after a change means you accept it.
Ending your use
You can stop using Jussflow and ask us to delete your data at any time; see data deletion. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or puts our access to Meta or other services at risk.
Liability
Jussflow is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost followers, messages that were not delivered, or other indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
