Data deletion
Last updated: October 2026
You can stop Jussflow using your Instagram account at any time, and you can ask us to delete the data we hold about you. This page explains both.
What we hold
- Your Jussflow account: email address and profile details (your name and profile picture too, if you signed in with Google or Facebook).
- Your connected Instagram Business account: username, profile details and the Meta access token (stored encrypted).
- Your automations, scheduled posts, storefront, products and uploaded files, email sequences, and the Razorpay details you saved (stored encrypted).
- People who interacted with your account through Jussflow: their Instagram name and username, the messages we sent them, email addresses they gave in a DM, and the orders they placed.
Option 1: stop Jussflow using your Instagram account
This takes effect immediately and you do not need to contact us.
If you signed in to Jussflow with Facebook, you can also remove Jussflow from your Facebook account: open Facebook, then Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, find Jussflow and choose Remove. That stops any further sign-in with Facebook; to have the data we already hold deleted, use option 2.
- In Jussflow, open the dashboard and disconnect your Instagram account. Every automation tied to it stops.
- To also revoke the access Meta gave us, open Instagram, then Settings, then Apps and websites (the same place works if you logged in with Instagram and have no Facebook account), find Jussflow, and choose Remove. If you connected through a Facebook Page, you can instead open Facebook, then Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites) and remove Jussflow there.
Disconnecting stops access but does not delete the data in the list above. For that, use option 2. If you remove Jussflow in Instagram and ask Instagram to delete the data it holds for the app, Instagram tells us automatically and we delete your Instagram connection (its tokens, automations and scheduled posts) straight away.
Option 2: ask us to delete your data
- Email us with the subject "Data deletion request". Send it from the email address you use to log in to Jussflow, and include your Instagram username so we can find the right account.
- We confirm it is you, then delete your data.
- We email you when it is done.
What is deleted and what is kept
We delete your account, Instagram connection and tokens, automations, contacts and message history, storefront, products and files, and email sequences. We may keep records we are required to keep, such as order and payment records for accounting and tax purposes. Payment details held by Razorpay are governed by Razorpay's own policy. Deleted data can remain in routine backups for a short period before those backups expire.
If you are not a Jussflow user
If you messaged or bought from a creator who uses Jussflow, they decide how their account is run. You can ask us to delete the details we hold about you using the same email request above, and tell us the creator's Instagram username.
